Why we built it

Maintenance on Moroccan industrial sites still runs on paper job books, whiteboards and spreadsheets that one person understands. When that person is on leave, the history goes with them.

The alternative on offer was worse. Heavy foreign systems, priced per seat, built for back-office staff, that technicians quietly refuse to use. MainteNeat is the version we wanted to find: bilingual from the first screen, priced flat in dirhams, and simple enough that a technician is closing jobs on their first shift.

How we build

The record has to survive

Work orders, stock movements and status history are the reason a CMMS exists. They are written once, they keep the name of whoever wrote them, and nothing is silently overwritten.

No consultant, no six-month project

A plant should be running on it inside a week. If a feature needs a training day, the feature is wrong.

Built with the plants using it

The roadmap comes from maintenance managers who run the lines, and from what technicians skip when nobody is watching.
