Setup is a one-off fee
We take your existing spreadsheets, load the equipment, parts and open jobs into MainteNeat, and train the team on site. For the first plants we do the whole configuration ourselves, so day one starts with a system that already has your machines in it.
Quoted per site, once, on top of the monthly subscription.
Billing questions
Yes. Invoicing is in MAD, from Morocco, so there is no currency conversion and no foreign payment to arrange with your bank.
No. The plan covers the company, not the seat. Adding technicians, operators or a second manager costs nothing extra.
A single site is normally running within a week, including loading your equipment list and training the team.
In Morocco. Maintenance records describing a Moroccan plant stay in the country.
