Depending on your use, we may collect:

• Data submitted through contact or demo request forms

Maintenance data entered in the application (equipment, work orders, stock, etc.) belongs to the professional customer using the service.

• Provide, secure and improve the MainteNeat service
• Create and manage user accounts
• Respond to sales and support requests
• Handle billing and subscription management
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• Produce anonymized or aggregated usage statistics

Processing is based, as applicable, on contract performance, legitimate interest (security, service improvement, reasonable B2B outreach), consent where required, or a legal obligation.

Data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes pursued, then archived or deleted. Account and billing data may be kept longer to meet accounting or legal obligations.

Data may be accessed by authorized IT NEAT teams and, where needed, by technical providers (hosting, transactional email, payments) acting on our instructions under confidentiality commitments.

We favor hosting and processing adapted to Moroccan industrial customers. If a transfer outside Morocco is required for a processor, appropriate safeguards are put in place.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, encryption in transit, logging, backups) to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
