Terms of use

MainteNeat is a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) offered as SaaS to businesses, especially industrial sites, to manage equipment, interventions, preventive plans, stock and KPIs.

• “Service”: the MainteNeat application and related services
• “Customer”: the legal entity subscribing to the Service
• “User”: any person authorized to access the Service on behalf of the Customer
• “Customer Content”: data entered or imported by the Customer or its Users

Access to the Service requires an account. The Customer is responsible for access management, credential confidentiality and actions performed through its Users’ accounts.

Some features (for example QR-code fault reporting) may be available without an account, within the limits configured by the Customer.

• Use the Service for its intended professional purpose
• Do not impair the security, availability or integrity of the Service
• Do not attempt to access unauthorized data
• Do not resell, sublicense or make the Service available to third parties outside the contract
• Comply with applicable laws, including personal data rules

The Customer retains ownership of its Content. It warrants that it has the rights needed to enter that Content into the Service. IT NEAT uses Customer Content only to provide, secure and improve the Service, or on the Customer’s instruction.

IT NEAT aims to provide reasonable Service availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, force majeure or incidents. IT NEAT will inform Customers where reasonably possible ahead of significant planned downtime.

The Service is a maintenance management tool. Operational decisions remain the Customer’s responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, IT NEAT’s liability is limited to proven direct damages and, where applicable, the cap set in the contract or terms of sale.

IT NEAT may suspend or restrict access in case of abusive use, security risk, non-payment, or serious breach of these terms, after notice when circumstances allow.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Morocco.
