Reports
Four report views built from work the team has already done: jobs, equipment health, maintenance cost and parts inventory. Nothing is typed in twice.

Four views
Pick one to see what it covers.
How much is open, how fast it moves, and whether jobs close inside their window.
Open, in progress, closed
The current split across states, so the size of the backlog is visible without counting anything.
On time against late
How many jobs closed inside their target window. A steady share of late jobs means the planning is not realistic.
Priority mix
Low, medium, high and urgent side by side. A queue that is mostly urgent is a queue nobody is planning.
Preventive against corrective
The balance between planned work and reaction. Moving this ratio is the point of a preventive programme.
Requests awaiting validation
What operators have reported and nobody has looked at yet.
