Calendar and field teams
Preventive plans, scheduled jobs and open work orders on one calendar, in day, week, month or list view, with a workload view per technician.
Work orders with no date wait in their own tray. Drag one onto a day to schedule it, and the technician's workload updates with it.
The team view shows how many jobs each person is carrying. Somebody holding four jobs while a colleague holds none is visible before the shift, not after.
By technician, job type or machine, so a conversation about one line does not require reading the whole month.

What is due today, by technician. This is the morning view, the one used to hand work out.

The load across the next seven days. It shows collisions before they happen — two heavy preventive jobs on the same Thursday.

The planning view. Preventive plans appear on the date they will write their work order.

The same thing without a calendar, filterable and sortable. This is the view you export or print.
