Manager
Plans and approves
Reviews requests, creates and assigns work orders, manages equipment, stock and preventive plans, and reads the reports.

QR, no account
Anyone standing at the machine
Scanning the equipment QR code opens a request form with the machine already filled in. This is how an operator on a line reports a fault without being set up as a user first.
