Setup checklist
What to gather before a first site goes live. Seven items, in the order they matter.

- 01
The equipment list
Every machine with its model, serial number, location, department and criticality. It is the only thing genuinely required on day one — everything else attaches to it.
- 02
The labelling plan
Where the QR codes go, and who applies them. This is the physical part, the one that takes real time on the floor, and the one that makes reporting possible without an account.
- 03
Parts and their minimums
The items to track, their stores and locations, and a minimum level for each. The minimum is set from the supplier lead time, not from instinct.
- 04
People and their roles
Who is a manager, who is a technician, who is a requester. Operators reporting by QR code need no account, so they need no entry here.
- 05
Existing preventive plans
What is already done on a routine, and on what trigger: a date, a meter, or both. Bring them across as they are — the history will say later what should change.
- 06
The files to migrate
The spreadsheets and notebooks in use. We bring across the equipment and the parts; past history can stay archived rather than be retyped.
- 07
Site settings
Currency, timezone, date format and organisation language. The defaults are dirham, Africa/Casablanca, DD/MM/YYYY, French or English.
Setup is a one-off fee, quoted per site: we bring across your files, load the equipment and the parts, and train the team on site.
